Training and Development

To embark on your journey as a Financial Professional, Equitable Advisors will support your pursuit of FINRA licensing requirements and assist you in navigating state licensing obligations.

We encourage the pursuit of professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). In collaboration with Columbia University, Equitable Advisors offers a Holistic Financial Coach certification within our specialized Holistic Life Planning platform.

We also provide management opportunities for those interested in advancing into leadership roles or exploring leadership through our Leadership Development School.
