Bar Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Bartender to join our team at Art & Jake's Sports Bar. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve classic cocktails and new beverages to our customers.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and provide excellent service.
• Upselling: Offer recommendations and suggest additional items to increase sales.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of standard beverage service equipment and ability to operate safely and effectively.
• Adaptability, decision-making, customer service, oral communication, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, self-motivation, and high energy level.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
