Qualifications for the Estimator Role:

  • Proven experience in estimating structural repairs is essential.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software is required.
  • IICRC certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Background in the insurance restoration sector is necessary.
  • Proficient in using computers, tablets, and smartphones, with strong typing skills.
  • Commitment to working the necessary hours to fulfill all estimating responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in liaising with insurance adjusters, homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and colleagues.
