About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at John Wayne Airport. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the parking lot is clean and safe, enforcing parking regulations, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and any issues encountered.
- Monitor the parking facility to ensure the safety and security of customers and their vehicles.
- Assist with traffic control during peak hours.
- Monitor and enforce parking regulations and policies.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
- Providing clear directions and information on parking rates and payment options.
- Reporting any security concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities or management.
- Assisting fellow team members during busy periods or when needed, promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in various weather conditions.
