Job Summary: As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Technimark, you will be responsible for performing quality checks on all incoming, in-process and outgoing material. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records of all testing performed and communicating test results to customers as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Melt Flow Testing & Ash Testing
• Identify Material using FTIR
• Test material for Heavy Metals using XRF & material strength using Tensile
• Test material impact strength using IZOD & material properties using DSC
• Test density of material
• Use mini injector to make lab samples
• Check incoming and outgoing material
• Check blended material to verify it meets customer specifications
• Issue Certificate of Analysis as required
• Maintain proper records of materials checked
• Perform final shipment inspection
• Perform quality audit during production process

Requirements:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have good communication skills
• Will be required to be trained and certified in Radiation (lab manager will train)
• Ability to perform other duties as requested by Lab Manager
