About the Role:- As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our clients.
- You will conduct thorough assessments, perform diagnostic tests, and provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client independence and mobility.
- Our Physical Therapists are responsible for educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and safety.
- You will accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations, utilizing our state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
