As a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, you will:

• Make eye contact and promptly acknowledge each guest entering the store.
• Determine each guest's needs and answer questions about products and services.
• Partner with management to ensure guest needs are met.
• Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services to enhance the guest experience.

• Develop a strong understanding of Ulta Beauty's products and services to make informed recommendations.
