We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare menu items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.
- Complete all assigned prep work to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Set up work stations according to station diagrams to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
