We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of tools and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs of hotel equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical background preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
