Job Title: RN - M/S Tele

We are seeking a highly skilled RN - M/S Tele to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a RN - M/S Tele, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced Telehealth environment.

Job Summary:

The RN - M/S Tele will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, while also providing education and support to patients and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate RN to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a Telehealth setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Document patient care and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Active MD State or Compact Registered Nurse License.
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Strong experience working with Neuro patients.
  • Prior Travel and EPIC experience preferred.
