We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver / Home Aide in St Elmo. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Job Summary: Provide high-quality care and support to seniors in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding.
    • Provide companionship and emotional support.
    • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
    • Transport clients to appointments and activities.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
