Compensation & BenefitsFull-time positions come with a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer an Employee Assistance Program, comprehensive medical and pharmacy coverage (including dental and vision for employees and their families), basic life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability insurance, 6 paid holidays, 2 paid floating holidays, PTO (80 hours annually for hourly staff), 401(k) plan, deferred compensation plan, and referral bonuses ($600-$2500).
We are seeking skilled Dental Assistants who can help us achieve our goals. Your responsibilities will include supporting dentists and hygienists during procedures, preparing and sterilizing equipment, maintaining patient records, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
To succeed in this role, you must hold a Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program and a valid healthcare provider CPR/BLS Certificate. Experience, EFDA Cert, X-Ray Certification, bilingual Spanish skills, and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification (when applicable) are preferred but not required.
Education RequirementsA High School diploma or equivalent is necessary for this position.
