Essential Skills:

  • Profound understanding of medical terminology and coding principles, including ICD9 and CPT codes.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHRs).

  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, with the skill to engage effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting.
