About The Role

This position requires a highly skilled electrical engineer with experience in the electric utility industry or utility consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical substation engineering/construction and sound engineering judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design electrical substation facilities, including one lines, three lines, schematics and elementaries, wiring and interconnections, P&C calculations, and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating design activities to maintain project schedules, budget, quality requirements to ensure successful project completion.
  • Accountable to provide design activities in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including UUE's policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be able to self-learn new software applications and work effectively in a hybrid work setup.
