Your Responsibilities:

  • Order Verification: Ensure accuracy and safety in every medication order
  • Pharmacokinetics: Monitor patient responses to optimize drug therapy
  • Team Collaboration: Consult and communicate with physicians and nurses to provide the best care possible
  • Supervision: Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure optimal workflow and performance
  • Patient Safety: Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License - Your credentials are key to success
  • Hospital Experience - While not required, it's a big plus if you've worked in an inpatient setting
  • Leadership & Collaboration Skills - You'll be guiding a team and working with healthcare professionals to elevate patient care
