Job Summary:

This adjunct faculty position involves teaching Computed Tomography / Radiography courses.

Courses may be taught in various teaching modalities, including MDC In-Person, MDC Live, MDC Online, and Blended Classes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Teach Computed Tomography / Radiography courses in a classroom setting
  • Evaluate and advise students
  • Develop curricula for Computed Tomography / Radiography courses
  • Participate in curriculum development and revision for Computed Tomography / Radiography courses
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in any field or Bachelor's degree in any field with Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine, Radiography, or Radiation Therapy
  • Valid registration in the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • ARRT Certificate in Computed Tomography
  • Three (3) years of full-time work and/or instructional experience in the field
  • All degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well with students, faculty, staff, and the community
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel between campuses, clinical sites, and off-campus offering sites
  • Basic computer skills
Additional Requirements:

The final candidate must successfully complete a background screening and reference check process.
