Job Title: Stock Clerk

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Clerk to join our team at the WinStar World Casino & Resort Beverage Department in Thackerville, OK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Stock Clerk to receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
  • Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
  • Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality of products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas, including coolers, shelves, and stockrooms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or additional supplies are needed.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist in conducting regular stock audits.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a stock clerk or similar role preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
