Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a vital role in processing and preparing specimens for testing, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing, adhering to strict quality control and safety protocols.
  • Identify and resolve specimen issues, ensuring timely and accurate testing.
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, handling biological and chemical hazards with confidence and precision.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
  • 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing.
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, with physical stamina and endurance.
