Job Responsibilities:

1. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge and skills in:

  • Airworthiness directives
  • Assessment of temporary repair evaluations
  • Quality assurance and inspection standards
  • Understanding of frontline maintenance operations
  • Maintenance control processes
  • Technical documentation to support user guide development

2. Assist in establishing necessary tracking systems prior to data migration:

  • Implement engineering controls
  • Establish part number management
  • Review and assess data migration and forecasting accuracy

3. Provide clear guidance on eMRO ERP requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Data cleansing
  • Data mapping
  • Validation processes
  • Compliance with data regulations
  • Integration needs for third-party applications
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

4. Engage in the blueprinting of requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

5. Lead a small team of 5-15 individuals.
