Job Title: Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide private-duty nursing care to a 2-year-old girl with a disorder that causes seizures and developmental delay in her home in Concord, NH.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a care team, having a strong understanding of the nursing process. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring, while communicating with the patient's healthcare team as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
  • Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
  • Administer and manage G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
  • Promptly respond to and manage seizures or other medical emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Valid Nursing License (LPN) in the State of New Hampshire.
  • One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred.
  • Home care experience preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification Required.
