Job Summary

The CT Technologist plays a vital role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and position patients on the CT table
  • Start IVs for contrast injection and perform other necessary procedures
  • Assess image quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Release patients with proper post-procedure instructions
  • Turn over and prepare the room using aseptic technique between patients and clean/sterilize equipment
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
  • Current License as an MRT by the State of Texas
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (CT) certification
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
