Culinary Artisan

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Culinary Artisan - Line Preparation Specialist. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in catering events as required, ensuring quality presentation and service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Experience in meal preparation, food preparation, or culinary arts is advantageous.
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
