The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and visionary leader to oversee the operations of our Pediatric Acute Care unit, ensuring seamless collaboration with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating the comprehensive operations of the Pediatric Acute Care unit on a 24-hour basis. With strong supervisory experience and a proven track record of success, this individual will ensure that our department operates efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.

This challenging and rewarding role offers a competitive salary of $83,000 - $114,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To qualify for this position, applicants must possess a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited college or university, with a Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree preferred. A minimum of three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience are also required. Certification in specialty areas is encouraged, but not mandatory.
