This position offers a 12.5% shift premium, and we are committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate to effectively operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) mills and lathes. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-precision metal components while ensuring compliance with drawing specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
  • Engage in training sessions to understand Bearon’s operational processes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment around machinery and fellow employees.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
  • Adapt to various assignments, including manual operations and assembly tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a production team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
  • Willingness to develop programming skills.
  • Strong attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to utilize hand tools and interpret blueprints.
  • Competence in using measuring instruments and applying shop mathematics.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Open-mindedness to learn new skills and techniques.
