Join Our Team as a Spa Massage Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Massage Therapist to join our team at Montage International. As a key member of our spa team, you will provide exceptional massage and spa treatments to our guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide massage and spa services to guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Upsell and promote spa services and products to guests
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest spa treatments and techniques
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid massage therapy certification from a recognized school
  • 5+ years of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or luxury hotel/resort setting
  • Exceptional skill in Swedish and deep tissue massage, as well as at least two other modalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Luxury experience in a spa or hotel setting
  • Advanced training in holistic and clinical bodywork, aromatherapy, and spa/body treatments
  • Knowledge of botanical ingredients, thalassotherapy, reflexology, Ayurveda, or other holistic wellness fields/modalities
