Your Role

Koch Capabilities Company (KCC) is in search of a proactive and results-oriented Financial Operations Supervisor to oversee our Payroll and Benefits division. This position adds value through exceptional business collaboration, financial management, and comprehensive reporting. The selected candidate will be accountable for various aspects of accounting and reporting related to US payroll and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct, mentor, and manage a team while executing integrated service delivery to business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate payroll and benefits funding through effective collaboration with operational units, HR Solutions, and treasury.
  • Guarantee precise accounting of payroll and benefits transactions within the general ledger.
  • Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and invoicing of relocation costs across the organization.
  • Maintain thorough and timely balance sheet reconciliations and uphold effective internal financial controls.
  • Oversee financial statements and related audits of US 401k plans, including coordination with external record keepers.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in summarizing and elucidating complex accounting and finance subjects to team members and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively while establishing and nurturing trusted partnerships.
  • Track record of innovating and enhancing processes.
  • Experience in coaching and developing teams, including managing team priorities and expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, particularly advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis, and formula creation).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with monthly close and/or year-end audit processes.
  • Experience with Defined Contribution Plan or Health & Welfare audits.
  • Knowledge of FSM or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with OneStream or other consolidation systems.
  • Background in process improvement, transformation, or implementation.
