Job DescriptionAs a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in helping Adam Herndon - State Farm Agent build a strong relationship with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. You will also work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service. In return, we offer a competitive $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary, plus commission/bonus, paid time off, life insurance, and other benefits.
