Job Title: Consumer Banking Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized banking solutions and recommendations to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including online banking and mobile banking applications.
