Your role will encompass addressing resident questions, facilitating bookings for various amenities, and delivering tailored support. Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively screens and directs incoming calls.
  • Welcomes and assists visitors and residents with inquiries.
  • Manages incoming correspondence and provides administrative support.
  • Responds to urgent calls and ensures building safety.
  • Processes maintenance requests and oversees office supplies.
  • Addresses resident emergencies as required.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is essential.
  • Prior experience in concierge or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills are crucial.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

  • Occasionally lifts objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Requires sitting, standing, and bending throughout the workday.
  • Engages in frequent interactions with residents, visitors, and family members.
