Banquet Director

Woodstock Inn & Resort is seeking a skilled Banquet Director to lead the execution of events and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Solicit banquet business and coordinate with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of resort services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the overall efforts of event operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in banquet facilities and equipment.

• Minimum 7 years hospitality experience in a leadership role, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of food preparation, service, and catering management systems.
• Familiarity with conference and banquet operations, including setup, staffing, and budgeting.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
