Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our projects in Raleigh, NC. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Managing personnel development and enforcing policies & procedures.
  • Communicating job expectations and ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining regular meetings with the team to ensure work is on schedule and within budget.
  • Solving strategic problems and adding value to our customer's projects.
  • Collaborating with the pre-construction team in project development.
  • Managing budget and financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (strongly preferred).
  • At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Local residence in Raleigh, NC, or willingness to relocate.
  • 10M+ construction project experience (strongly preferred).
  • Applicable software knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
