Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitor at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, part of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and employees.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all designated areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and display areas.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, service areas, and customer lounge.
• Replenish restroom supplies and ensure restrooms are clean at all times.
• Notify management of any repairs or necessary maintenance.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
