Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Analysis and Support: Provide technical expertise to facilitate the development of new and emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Problem-Solving and Investigation: Conduct technical analysis and investigation to identify solutions to complex problems, requiring a deep understanding of technical variables.
  • Technical Judgment and Recommendations: Exercise sound technical judgment to make recommendations on technical alternatives, component design or selection, and adaptation to meet assigned requirements.
  • Test Plan Execution and Results: Perform duties under the supervision of senior engineers, execute test plans, and record results.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline is required. A Master's Degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in new and/or improved EW capabilities, low observable coatings, low observable maintenance and evaluation capabilities, offensive/defensive infrared and RF counter-measures, and weapons and mission planning capabilities is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience with the DoD Innovation Center is also required.
  • Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience with aircraft operations T&E, test plan development, and test execution is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and testing is also preferred.
  • Security Clearance: Must be a US citizen and have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
