About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at CPS Solutions, LLC. As a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filling orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Checking technician-prepared products before release to ensure quality and safety
- Maintaining the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances
- Entering orders and patient information with precision and accuracy
- Aiding in the training of new staff members
- Providing updates to the Director on daily pharmacy activities
- Assisting the Director in maintaining the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with regulations
About the Facility:
CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with Sycamore Springs Hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of their pharmacy. As a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist, you will work closely with the hospital's staff to provide exceptional pharmacy services.
Required Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
- Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Indiana
- Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
- Experience using computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
Hospital Requirements:
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
- Hep B3 Series (or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
- COVID Vaccine
