Medical Scribe Specialist

iChart Physician Facilitators is seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
Job Description- We are looking for an individual who can accompany physicians into patient rooms to document medical encounters, including history, review of systems, and physical exams.
This role involves entering accurate and detailed information into electronic medical records, as well as retrieving relevant patient data for physician review. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in medical transcription or healthcare-related fields
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic anatomy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
