As a vital member of our Operating Room team, you will play a crucial role in patient care. This position is ideal for detail-oriented nurses eager to expand their skills or for new graduates embarking on their nursing careers. You will receive full support from experienced staff and collaborate closely with surgeons, technicians, and anesthesia professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to assess patient needs and implement effective care plans.
- Engage with patients and their families, fostering a therapeutic relationship throughout their healthcare journey.
- Monitor patient conditions, recognizing significant changes and responding appropriately.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
