We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at The Felice Center in Maitland, FL. As a Pediatric Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations to pediatric clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals to support client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress and achieve therapeutic goals
- Document and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology to ensure best practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience in pediatric therapy preferred but not required
