Job Requirements:
Experience in a preschool, daycare, or as a nanny for children aged infancy to 3 years is essential.A BA/BS degree is highly preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience working with children.Availability in the afternoons on multiple days per week; commitment to a consistent schedule; willingness to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment.Strong clinical insight and critical thinking abilities are necessary.Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.Complete RBT certification within 90 days of employment.Job Responsibilities:
Engage children and families with enthusiasm and motivation.Deliver skills training and/or behavioral therapy to children.Opportunities for both full-time and part-time hours.Travel between clients' homes as needed.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including notes and data summaries.Provide constructive feedback to parents and caregivers regarding client progress and recommendations.Benefits:
