Work Schedule
This position offers both morning and evening shifts, primarily consisting of 8-hour workdays, with some weekends required. Available shifts include:
Morning:
5:00 am - 1:30 pm
6:00 am - 2:30 pm
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
7:30 am - 4:00 pm
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Evening:
2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Role Responsibilities
As a Custodian, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating various cleaning equipment, including automatic scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums.
- Performing floor maintenance, including stripping and sealing.
- Ensuring cleanliness in restrooms, showers, and common areas.
- Conducting snow removal and changing light bulbs as needed.
Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.18, with additional differentials for night and weekend shifts. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is available for eligible candidates who meet specific criteria.
Qualifications

- Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols when handling cleaning agents.
- Proficiency in using cleaning tools and sanitizing methods.
