Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

Yulista Contract Services LLC is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all aircraft, aircraft component, and shop inspections and tasks performed are compliant to Yulista Quality Management System (QMS) processes and procedures as well as all applicable/approved technical data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual and physical evaluations, testing, and control of parts, products, and raw materials to ensure conformity to established specifications, applicable standards of quality.
  • Provide technical assistance, when needed, to determine the correct course of action to resolve maintenance problems.
  • Utilize data collection techniques and procedures for evaluation, inspection, and audit programs, evaluates the results, and determines the appropriate and effective method and format for presentation to higher-level management.
  • Perform statistical analysis (e.g., normal distribution, averages, means, standard deviations, trending, root cause analysis, etc.) using standard statistical quality control methods.
  • Recommends Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs), frequency changes to Routine Inspection Lists (RILs), and recommendations for corrective maintenance practice action.
  • Evaluates and assesses complex systems, subsystems, integrated systems/subsystems, or components for conformance to applicable technical data, engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
  • Ensures compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality practices and procedures as outlined in organizational/departmental guidelines and SOPs as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / Equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of Six (6) years Aviation Inspection experience.
  • Must have an A & P License or a Military School Certification.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be required to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
