Job Title: Baker

At Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles, we're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare corn bread muffins and biscuits according to recipe, ensuring high-quality products and meeting production schedule demands.
  2. Measure ingredients accurately using measuring cups and spoons, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Mix ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using an electric mixer, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
  4. Produce a range of baked goods, including salads, cakes, peach cobblers, and waffle mix, consistently meeting customer expectations.
