We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Tuba City Regional. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our 5-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring life-sustaining therapies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Perform advanced nursing procedures, such as central line placement and arterial blood gas analysis.
- Float to other units, including the Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, and Pediatrics, as needed.
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) to practice nursing in any state of the United States, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
- Current valid certification of Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR), and National Institutes of Health (NIH) - NIHSS.
- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start.
