Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety standards and procedures.
- Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that shelves are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management and control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve store operations.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or stockroom environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
