Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget. Define project deliverables and milestones.
  • Execution: Lead project execution, coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including team members and budgets, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that IT solutions are delivered according to specifications and meet the company's quality standards.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them in practice.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and project teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret and/or a TS/SCI clearance.
