Parking Operations Supervisor

Oversee and manage the flow of personal and commercial vehicle traffic on premises, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in compliance with regulations while facilitating a seamless traffic experience.
Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking facilities, promptly reporting any hazards, unauthorized individuals, or potential security issues to the appropriate authority.
Effectively communicate parking guidelines to guests and visitors, redirecting traffic as necessary when parking capacity is reached, and keeping staff informed of changes.
Review daily logs and document relevant information accurately in logbooks.
Assist guests with directions and provide information about property amenities, services, operational hours, and local attractions.
Handle monetary transactions and provide change to guests as needed.
Conduct a nightly audit of parked vehicles against claim tickets, resolving any discrepancies and preparing a report for the Night Auditor.
Maintain the security of vehicles and their keys.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Adhere to all company policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; ensure that personal appearance and uniform are maintained to a professional standard; protect confidential information and company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist guests with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely.
Communicate clearly and professionally with others; answer phones with appropriate etiquette. Support colleagues and treat them with respect and dignity.
Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the work shift. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not required.
License or Certification: None necessary.
