Janitorial Supervisor

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

Intela Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the recruitment, management, and performance of our janitorial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience managing a union workforce and excellent organizational and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules and shifts for temporary staff, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for championing diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities within their teams.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish) and have previous experience in onboarding and training new hires.

• Manage janitorial workforce within a union setting.
• Collaborate with department managers and HR to assess temporary staffing requirements.
• Develop and implement a workforce plan to meet temporary staffing needs effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and/or HR to source and recruit qualified temporary candidates.
