Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced troubleshooting and repair abilities, as well as knowledge of refrigerants, high-voltage systems, and basic hand tools. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC system components in assigned clubs.

  • Ensure proper operation of HVAC equipment in all club areas within 24 hours.

  • Maintain Energy Management System (EMS) where applicable and work with EMS vendor on issues that arise.

  • Implement and monitor Corporate HVAC Strategy.

  • Regularly inspect and verify the operation and safety of HVAC components.

  • Work closely with General Manager (GM) and Facilities Technician (FT) to discuss club maintenance needs and repairs.

  • Enter HVAC issues into Work Order System.

  • Perform OSHA safety checks as required on OSHA/PM guidelines.

  • Follow all OSHA, company, and Facilities department safety guidelines.

  • Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) as directed by Corporate HVAC Strategy and individual manufacturer specifications.
