Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maneuver Operations Staff Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Scenario Development Branch, you will be responsible for supporting the development of realistic and challenging training scenarios for US Army Brigade Combat Team rotational training exercises.
Key Responsibilities:- Replicate the maneuver operations staff officer (S3) of a simulated US Army BCT, conducting close coordination with the simulated US Army BCT's Commander, Plans and Exercise Maneuver Control (P/EMC) Chief, and Operations Planners to synchronize and replicate the unit's tactical operations.
- Develop simulated BCT scenario deliverables in-support-of (ISO) 21 ABN or JTF-21 battle rhythm events, including Commander's Updates, Commander's Targeting Synchronization Brief, Operation Sync, and Division Orders Brief.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and executing BCT tactical operations ISO 21 ABN or higher level JTF combat operations.
- US Army combat arms (primarily maneuver) qualified Officer; MAJ (04) or above; graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) / Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or sister service equivalent.
- BA or BS from an accredited US institution of higher learning.
- Direct maneuver operations staff officer (S3/G3/J3) experience at the US Army BCT or higher Joint Task Force (JTF) levels.
- Must be capable of planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and executing BCT tactical operations ISO 21 ABN or higher level JTF combat operations.
- Possess a working proficiency, as a BCT or higher JTF unit's maneuver operations staff officer (S3/G3/J3), operating within the Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) or an equivalent battlefield simulation environment.
- Recent operations experience as a deployed maneuver operations staff officer (S3/G3/J3), US Army BCT or higher level JTF operating in the USINDOPACOM, USCENTCOM, or USAREUR-AF theater within the past 5 years.
- Previous CTC operations exercise design or CTC Observer Controller/Trainer (OC/T) experience as a Maneuver Task Force maneuver operations staff officer (S3) or as the Maneuver Brigade C2 (BC2) maneuver operations staff officer (S3).
