About the Role:This is a leadership position that requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cardiology services, including patient care, staff supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective communication among team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance overall patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions and optimal treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to budget development and management, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred; Master's degree or higher desirable
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state; BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting, preferably in cardiology; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Bryan Health offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
