Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor to lead our medical clinic team in Seattle - South Park. As a key member of our care team, you will oversee the performance of medical assistants, ensure quality patient care, and work collaboratively with all clinic staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train medical assistants to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
  • Ensure all performance measures are met, including clinical quality measures, provider productivity, and resource management.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to the clinical care team, including medical assistants, care coordinators, externs, and phlebotomists.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and training skills with a strong clinical background in ambulatory care.
  • Ability to interact sensitively and effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility with clinic hours and willingness to take on new projects.
  • Experience working with multicultural/diverse populations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
